Tell us what happened and we will get back to you, usually within a day. If it is a bug, say what iPhone you are on and what you were doing - screenshots help a lot.
QUICK ANSWERS
I cannot sign in.
The email option sends a six-digit code to your inbox. Check spam. If the code never arrives, try Sign in with Apple instead - it is the fastest way in.
My stamps are gone.
Stamps live on your account, not on the phone. Sign in with the same method you used before and they come back. If you signed in with Apple the first time and Google the second, those are two different accounts.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: tap the gear in the top right of TODAY, then SETTINGS → ACCOUNT → DELETE MY ACCOUNT. You will be asked to type DELETE. It removes your account and every stamp you have earned, permanently.
I am not getting notifications.
Turn them on in SETTINGS inside the app, or in iOS Settings → Yes Chef Food Fest → Notifications. We only send timetable moments and free tastings - about a dozen across a whole festival day.
The times look wrong.
Everything in the app runs on the festival's clock at Citi Field. If your phone is on another timezone the app still uses ours, so the timetable matches the signs on site.
Something about my ticket.
